TP1000K-ZF - Top-mounted System for Exterior Shutters

PORTOS continues to expand and focus on introducing new products.

We are pleased to present the TP1000K-ZF system in the version as a top-mounted box for exterior shutters.

This is another step in the development of our excellent, already existing solutions.

Let us remind you that the TP1000K system with roller shutters represents a premium solution at an affordable price.

The incredibly rigid and stable construction with excellent thermal parameters ensures that customers are very eager to choose this solution.

We have transferred all the features of the TP1000K to the new box structure TP1000K-ZF, which has been specially designed for exterior shutters.

Thanks to the latest solutions, such as the specially developed slim yet reinforced side panel, we have achieved the ability to use relatively wide shutters.

The TP1000K-ZF utilizes the well-known F-FBR guide rails from the ZF3000-BX system. This ensures the window frame is optimally highlighted, and with the help of dowel fixings, the guide rail can be installed without the need to drill mounting holes.

The TP1000K-ZF stands out from market-standard solutions by offering the possibility to both raise and lower the box.
The standard box height of 250 mm allows for rolling up a package of 23 cm. By applying a 3 cm reduction in box height, there is no need to enlarge the window opening in order to roll up a 26 cm shutter package. If it is not a problem for customers to increase the window opening and apply both a 3 cm increase and a reduction in box height, a package of up to 29 cm of shutters can be rolled up.


The TP1000K-ZF system will be delivered with the necessary components to accommodate a PORTOS C80 or Z90 exterior shutter package.
It is important to note that it is also compatible with other shutter systems.

The installation of the exterior shutter package will be extremely easy thanks to the patented maintenance system.
The innovative system for securing the maintenance flap allows for simple assembly and disassembly of the flap during the installation process of the exterior shutter package.

An essential feature of the top-mounted systems is the wide range of decorative foils available.

The existing palette of 23 decorative foils is also available for the TP1000K-ZF system as well as for the F-FBR aluminum guide rails.

Another highlight of the TP1000K-ZF is the optional mosquito net.
The cassette mosquito net system can be added at any time and divided into selected areas of the shutter.
